Account and Customer Care Specialist
Department: Plum Benefits
Hours: 9am-5:30pm,Monday-Friday. Must be available to work overtime, weekends and holidays when necessary.

Duties:
  • Provide service to our corporate clients via phone, email, events and one-on-one meetings.
  • Track success of individual efforts to ensure goals are meet and new clients are performing to the highest standards.
  • Meet daily, monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Maintain database of clients and ensure its accuracy.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years telephone sales experience; call center experience preferred.
  • Exceptional phone and sales skills (must be comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls and handling customer service inbound calls).
  • Client orientation and professionalism.
  • Detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency (experience with databases and LivePerson/LiveChat a strong plus); ability to type 35-40 w.p.m.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Be a self-starter - be able to take initiative without must direction as well as a team player, who fostersteamwork in a high performance culture.
  • A love of entertainment (any combination of theatre, sports or concerts is a plus).
