Manage the email calendar for, Broadway Inbound and Plum Benefits (Tickets at Work)

Build, test and distribute institutional emails for, Broadway Inbound, and Plum Benefits (Tickets at Work) across the entire opted-in database(s)

Prepare, test and distribute targeted emails across, Broadway Inbound, and Plum Benefits (Tickets at Work) to targeted segments of the opted-in database

Monitor email campaign performance across all campaign types and prepare and present reports for weekly email meeting

Participate in email segmenting strategy, including preparing individual and combined segment counts for scheduled emails and adjusting segments accordingly

Create and test website analytics reports in IBM Digital Analytics

Run weekly and monthly sales reports in STAR system and consolidate and analyze in Excel

Design and implement rich site content for, including implementing and testing complex display rules

Specialize ad hoc content management in various content websites

Support ongoing search engine optimization maintenance and revisions to keep pages high in Google and other search engines

Bachelorís degree

Strong skills in HTML

1-2 years email production, preferably in consumer marketing

1-2 years web analytics (IBM Digital Analytics preferred, but can be any major platform such as Omniture or Google Analytics)

Advanced Excel skills, including formula-writing, pivot tables and other data analysis capabilities

Ability to successfully juggle competing priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in communicating the results of quantitative analysis

Knowledge of Javascript a plus, but not required
Senior Database Administrator
Department: Shubert Ticketing - Hackensack, NJ Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm. Must be available to work additional hours as required by operational needs.

Duties: Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, documenting and monitoring of Informix and SQL Server database systems. Also responsible for production and support of all production databases and participates in rotating production support schedule in order to provide 24x7 coverage.

Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related area or equivalent industry experience.

Significant database administration experience, in Informix and/or SQL Server, preferably both, with increasing responsibility in a fast paced software development and external client facing environment.

Demonstrated knowledge and expert level understanding of database internals, database administration, security, performance tuning, optimization, index management, disc configurations and best practices.

Demonstrated knowledge of database backups, mirroring, log shipping, clustering, and replication. Knowledge of DBMoto replication a plus.

Demonstrated experience with production support. Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure during production outage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
