Account Coordinator
Department: Shubert Ticketing, Partner Sales & Marketing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm. Must be available to work overtime as required.

  • Proof and provide weekly updates to team members as necessary
  • Manage email recipient lists
  • Create and analyze sales and revenue reports for weekly, monthly and yearly ticket sales analysis
  • Manage the accounts receivables for our fee paying clients
  • Assist team in preparing and updating rate sheets, proposals and agreements for all Shubert sales channels
  • Manage team's internal meeting calendar, book conference rooms, set up meeting space, prepare reports and materials for the meetings, take detailed notes during meetings and distribute recaps
  • Act as department liaison with internal and outside contacts
  • Provide administrative support to the team

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years office and administrative experience
  • Interest/knowledge in theatre or live entertainment industry
  • Strong MS Office skills, Excel required
  • Knowledge or experience with databases a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize
  • Strong sense of customer service and professionalism
Staff Accountant
Department: Finance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm. Must be available to work overtime as required.

  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Conduct investment portfolio analysis
  • Perform weekly payroll audits
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements
  • Perform inventory control analysis
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Process accounts receivable and cash receipts
  • Perform special projects as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years experience in general ledger accounting
  • Familiarity with general accounting theory (tax, fixed assets, general ledger, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Superior communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • PC skills (Excel and Word)
